Two fancy sequin dresses for those new years eve parties tomorrow. The dresses come with 2 clutch bags that have holding animations and seperate extras. The gold has flexy earrings, and the black has a necklace. No big asses here ladies, its a prim skirt, so it may need some adjustment for your avatar, also the bow is flexy, just thought i should mention that. So grab your favorite and look slick for 2007.

New at Nylon Outfitters, I made 3 fancy schmancy wedding gowns. They're all very beaded and silky, theres alot of little details and the seams are pretty much perfect. I could have made a million of these dresses, but i had to stop myself. They're sooo fun to draw. I dont know if you can tell from the pictures, but these are all just pure linden mesh skirts & tops. I know some people freak out when they see a linden skirt, but i think these work pretty well.. brides arent suppose to sit anyway. So anyway, check them out at Tableau, they're under the Dresses vendor.

Isn't it weird how the weather makes you want to dress accordingly in SL? Atleast, it makes me want to. Just to let you know, the houndstooth set comes with 2 shirts, and they're both on the jacket layer.
also, little side comment about this ad.. the hair isnt real, but i would love someone to make it 4 realz.

It can be worn if you are preggers or not preggers. Fantastic.

SL Clothes Previewer
It's an offline previwer! There should be angelic music playing when it opens, really. It makes uploading alot less frustrating, because you dont have to actually BE on Second Life while you're doing all your photoshop stuff.
I know when i upload a image and and then try it on the avatar i ususally have to fix something 500 times and try again only to find its just a tiny bit off, while the lindens are going down the drain. Its now a thing of the past guys. In the words of famous Aimee Webber, Yay!

Soooo...I dont really have much to say about these skins, besides the fact that I REALLY like them. Honestly it was a long overdue update, i couldnt even look at the old ones without cringing. Hopefully the fellas will like them as much as I do.
HEY THX BARNES N' ELKA. They got a lil spotlight in pixelpinup & second man thanks to them, so check those out too.
On a totally random note, Polyester Partridge and I got commissioned to make a video for Moopf's rollerskates. It turned out totally funk-a-lishous if i may say so.

Heres a quick little 5 shirt update. Im REALLY happy with how they came out. They all have a worn vintage sorta look to them.
BUT Like all my stuff though, these shirts arent PERFECT. I dont really bother with matching up seams. I mean, its not like they are TOTALLY off, but they arent perfect. So theres a disclaimer.
The reason i even mention this is because a customer recently complained to me about a seam that was a off on a shirt i made and thus it was totally unwearable. To me seams are the least important part of making a shirt. It really doesnt matter, because thats not what i look at, I'm focused on making each shirt have its own personality, like one of my drawings. But hey, if you are really anal about looking realistic and having perfectly matched up stuff, thats totally your right, but why are you shopping at my store in the first place? Everything I make is imperfect, but I enjoy imperfection in a perfect virtual world.

I just added new skins to my store. Theres three skin tones Light, Tan, and Dark. I tried to make the skintones look rosey without going overboard. I think its pretty subtle and works well with each color. Theres 9 makeups for each skintone, the ones here are Ice, Contrast, Smokey Brown, Nightlife, Funk, and Nude.

i forgot to post about my new hair that came out last week, sooo here it is. I came up with these on a whim, first i sketched them out and re-created them in SL as best i could.
Try and guess which is which. It'll be fun, go on, try it.
Also sorta related to this ad is the skin im wearing in it. I've totally re-drawn them and and plan on selling them soon. They have a slightly more realistic look to them. So keep an eye out for that 'n stuff. (Its amazing how adding noise to ANYTHING makes something flat looks more detailed.)

ALSO check out the VIDEO COMMERICAL for these babies.
There was no story line when we started, we just made all this shit up on the spot and edited it together. Its weird how it seems like it was all planned out now thats it finished. The song was random too, Its a cover by the Dandy Warhols. I found it on Itunes from the soundtrack of a video game called Stubbs the Zombie. There were a bunch of other indie bands doing 50s doowap covers too, you should check it out if you like that kinda stuff. Thanks to Daniel for his amazing scripting-ness in making the fish and blood move, and Toast for running around like a crazy person.

Also new, is my old Nylon Jeans, re-created. I did alot of the seams over (so the actually match up now) and alot of the detailing is much better. In addition to that, I tinted it already for you, because i noticed alot of people were doing that anyway. They are sold in a pack but you can buy the classic one individually.
For the jeans, I made two belts that were specifically made to be worn over these jeans, but i think they'd work on other ones too.
SO thats it.
ENJOY GUYS!

More camping caravans! The girl clothing has a very distictive summery feel. My favorite is the Summer Camisol & Beads, i specifically made them to go together, so if you buy one you HAVE to get the other too! Please? Ok cool. I also like the rainbow belt with the Blue Country shirt, I've noticed a trend latley, high waist belts are coming back in style. Some are OK but lets hope belted leotards are far away from coming back. Thats all for now. Enjoyyy!
First up is my new shirts for guys. This is the first time i've made a necklace specifically for guy avatars, mainly because the shirts i make for are on the jacket layer. Thats usually where i put the necklaces. We'll see how it works out, if people like them i'll make more.
I really love the brown blaiser, its my favorite of the 4. Its classy but modern enough that you can wear it with jeans.
By the way if you cant tell what the background in this ad is, its a camping caravan. Both of the ads i made, for the girls and guys stuff, have a camping sorta theme.
I updated my store bags, its about time huh? Thanks to Iumi for helping me out with the shape & texture placement! Right now only the new stuff is in these, but over time i'll probably replace them all with it.
Speaking of new things I just came out with a bunch of stuff for both guys and girls which i'll write about soon.

I've been updating alot of old stuff lately, so of course i did my cameras too, and made them all have crazy new HUDs. They are also totally new builds, and textures, and commericals that go along with them. I made a thread for the commericals here: commercial thread
-Video Camping is for the Camcorder, its a horror parody. Its more of a short movie then a commercial, but its definitley my favorite, its a little longer compared to the other two.
-Beatiful is for the 35mm (my favorite camera) and its about a photo project to take something beautiful.
-The Motel is for the Polorid, its about what happens when a guy, a couple of drinks, a polorid camera, and a pair of legs are put in the same room.
oh mans! my movies got featured in two blogs:
machinima commercials for virtual products
electric sheep

Just posted this in the forums. Its a little diffrent then what i usually do, a little SCANDALOUS, if i might say. The sequin effect on the top bra part took foreverz to get right, theres alot of colors mixed in. Im really digging the look of this ad, Im not sure if belly dancing goes with India but, it works for me.

Yeah, I re-did the bjork swan dress! It's tons better then it was before, I redid EVERYTHING and textured the swan around the neck. It kinda even looks like the real dress now, you know, sorta, little bit. It even has a seethrough undershirt with little sparkly thing on it, incase the swan's limp head isnt enough to keep you warm.

-I couldnt make the first one, but (the former) Hamlet Linden actually wrote up a story about it in New World Notes.
-Second one EVERZ when it was "inworld"
-Another "inworld" session
In the forums:
-Bringing back Art Freestyle
-Attack of the clowns
-Love Will Keep Us Warm
-Tea Time
-Zombie Mall Rats
-Every Dog Gets their Day
-A Whale Scene
I made some freebie newbie avatars for the lindens. I hope the newbies enjoy them. First i had to sketch them out for appproval and make the avatars from that. Pretty good likeness huh? I ended up having to make everything from hair to shoes, two things which i never make. So to make the hair I used my pattened sketchy drawn black hair, since I cant build, at all, it turned out cute though. So once i find out where you can get them, I'll post the location here.

In SL with the recent HairFair event, prim hair has really been put in the spotlight. Unfortunatly to be honest, alot of it is just slightly diffrent versions of the same styles. I wish there was a little more variety. Especially since we can do abosolutley anything with prims. Why not animated hair? Or like even more then one color? Not to be totally cynical about the whoel thing, I mean there were alot of nice styles among the miles of hair displays. Yet I think people could have gone a little crazier, this was suppose to be a showcase of the best.

New NylonOutfitters! Some new shirts, some necklaces, and a dress. My favorite of the group are the fabric necklaces. I think they go with just about anything, and make a boring shirt more interesting.
On another note the BINT group has been working hard on giving Deimos a HUGE facelift. We now have a huge winding boardwalk around a even bigger beach. Barnes made each store have so much personality, its unlike anything in SL at the moment. Its also fantastic because we have everyone's stores there now, including 'Funky Tony', our lofty furniture shop.

Aviators, who doesnt love them? I made these after someone requested guy sunglasses (it takes a real man to wear my lolita heart sunglasses) but they look good on girls too. I really like the ad, it looks like a real sunglasses ad to me. Toast thinks that hair makes my guy avatar look like an arabic carrot top. TOAST CAN EAT IT.
Im really excited about the guy clothes that i made. Its the first time that I have made tee-shirts that straight guys would enjoy wearing.
I kinda crapped out on the presentation though, after doing the glasses' ad and the girl's ad. But i think the shirts are so good it makes up for it. My favorite of the group has to be the Rise & Fall teeshirt, its something I think any hipster would look good in.
This is my most recent ad for girl clothing, i think its pretty cute. It has a spring theme, with all fluffy white animals as models. I always draw something over the faces whenever i have alot of model shots close together.
The clothing itself im really proud of. I've been getting into more lacey victorian style, mainly because of my sister. Shes really into that. The Green lace and Heart Hoody are my favorite of this group, I seem to use that green color whenever i make something girly. Gotta get out of that habit.
